Personal

I have been married for 16 years. We have a 16 year old daughter and 11 year old son. We also have a 5 year old fur baby named Mocha. My husband served in the military for 11 years, and we had the pleasure to live in Florida, Italy, and California. After the military we decided to move close to family here in Colorado.

In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, taking vacations, indoor cycling, watching movies and documentaries, meditating, and doing yoga.

I knew from a very young age that I wanted to become a therapist and work with children, couples, individuals, and families.

Becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist has truly been a life long dream and journey. I'm very fortunate to be able to do this work and honored by the people I'm able to work with.
