We lived in Florida, Italy, and California and when we left the military and decided to move close to family here in Colorado where I grew up.
I enjoy reading, spending time with family, taking vacations, indoor cycling classes, watching movies, meditating, and doing yoga.
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to become a therapist and work with children, couples, individuals, and families.
Becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist has truly been a life lone dream and journey. I'm very fortunate to be able to do this work and honored by the people I'm able to work with.
