Personal
I have been married for 14 years. We have a 13 year old daughter and 9 year old son. We also have a 3 year old fur baby named Mocha. My husband served in the military for 11 years. We lived in Florida, Italy, and California and when we left the military and decided to move close to family here in Colorado where I grew up.
I enjoy reading, spending time with family, taking vacations, teaching indoor cycling classes, watching movies, meditating, and doing yoga.

I knew from a very young age that I wanted to become a therapist and work with children, as I became older and got married I then decided that I would love to work with couples, individuals, and families also.

Becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist has truly been a life lone dream and journey. I'm very fortunate to be able to do this work and honored by the people I'm able to work with.
