Malyka helps couples and families communicate more effectively, explore emotions, create trust and safety, strengthen their emotional connections, heal and repair relational wounds/ruptures, and learn skills to manage conflict. I enjoy helping individuals change negative thinking patterns, establish coping skills for stress and anxiety management, process their emotions, and explore how to live a life that is congruent with their values and life goals.
