Hi, I’m Synthia Kyeremeh-Dapaah. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I believe everyone’s story matters and deserves to be met with care, respect, and understanding. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences, and find new ways to heal and grow. I draw from approaches like Sand Play Therapy, CBT, EFT, and Family Therapy to support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, while helping you build resilience, deeper self-awareness, and stronger relationships.

Hello, my name is Synthia Kyeremeh-Dapaah. As a licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

I strongly believe that every person's story is unique and deserving of respect, empathy, and understanding. My approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe, supportive, and non- judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of criticism or rejection. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and aware services that acknowledge the complexities and nuances of each client's life journey.

As a therapist, I recognize that life can be unpredictable and challenging, and that we all face unexpected twists and turns that can test our resilience and character. My goal is to help my clients navigate these challenges by promoting self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional regulation. I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, including Sand Play Therapy,

Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT), and Structural Family Therapy/Experiential Family Therapy. These approaches provide a foundation for helping clients understand themselves, develop coping skills, and manage emotions in a healthy and constructive way. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or coping with life's difficulties, including grief and loss, I am here to support and guide you on your journey towards healing, growth, and transformation.

Through my work, I aim to empower clients to take control of their lives, develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, and cultivate the skills and strategies needed to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. I am honored to be a part of your journey and look forward to working with you to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
