I am passionate about helping women, children, and families heal and grow holistically. With over a decade of experience supporting children with ADHD, ASD, PTSD, GAD, and mood challenges, I bring a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to every session. My practice weaves together CBT, DBT, attachment and developmental theory, play therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to nurture emotional regulation, resilience, and authentic self-connection.
Guided by Joy Ewing, MA, LMFT, I strive to create a compassionate, empowering space that enables healing. I believe that authentic healing happens when we honor the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. As both a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and an avid yoga practitioner, I value the connection between physical well-being, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding.
When appropriate and desired, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into the process. In our work together, you can expect authenticity, collaboration, and compassion. I view counseling as a partnership, one where your voice, values, and goals guide the process. Whether through skill-building, emotional exploration, or the integration of mindfulness and faith practices, I hope to help you and your family move toward greater wholeness and resilience.
