Our wellness products are available to clients and community members alike. Purchases are completely optional and are not required or considered part of mental health treatment at Joy Life Counseling.

Joy Life Wellness Return & Exchange Policy

At Joy Life Wellness, we thoughtfully select products designed to support rest, self-care, comfort, and everyday wellness. Because many of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, dropshipping partners, or ordered in limited quantities, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Quality Issues, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with the quality of your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a verified quality issue, please contact Joy Life Wellness within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your name and order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost, when available.

If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect size, color, scent, or product selected by the customer

• Items that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Aromatherapy, personal-care, or wellness products that have been opened or used

• Clearance, promotional, or final-sale merchandise

• Normal variations in handmade, natural, or small-batch products that do not affect product quality

Dropshipped Products

Some Joy Life Wellness products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Packaging and shipping times may vary by supplier. If there is a quality or fulfillment issue with a dropshipped item, please contact Joy Life Wellness directly rather than returning the product to the address shown on the shipping package.

Please do not mail products back without receiving return or exchange instructions from us first.
