Naomi Mitchell

Naomi discovered yoga through her journey and education through dance. As she grew older in dance she discovered the healthy balance between high-intensity cardio movement and taking time to focus on the body and mind.


Naomi’s knowledge as a dancer and fitness instructor has provided her with the experience and information to help set her yoga classes up with purpose. Naomi has been teaching fitness classes for seven years. Her yoga classes center around mind and body focus, confidence, stability, and release.
