Service Description
Sometimes one hour of therapy is not enough. This four hour EMDR Intensive is designed for individuals wanting to work through trauma and places in their life where they feel stuck. Joy uses mindfulness, guided meditation and, EMDR during the intensive. Please call to book. A 30min lunch break included.
